Mo Dj has been Veteran of the Los Angeles Music Scene here on the West Coast for over a Quarter of a Century, Mo Dj has been Grateful to Experience many Events around the Globe . He has Traveled and Conquered areas of North America, South America , The Caribbean, Parts of Europe and The Middle East!

Biography

MO DJ is an honest, dependable and creative human being. He is very productive and an efficient worker who is exicted about all things involving music, technology, fashion, film, video, art, culture, and people. Born in the 70's and raised in the 80's in Southern California, MO DJ was brought up in a musical family. His father being a lounge singer growing up, singing Frank Sinatra covers and his brother a professional drummer in various punk bands in the 90's. In elementary school MO DJ started playing trumpet at 10 years old,then drums by 15, guitar and bass at 18, and eventually on to keyboards, turntables and recording on 4 track tape recorders by the age of 21. By this time commiting his whole life to music, he became employeed by 2 of the biggest Audio Companies in the U.S from 1998-2001 where he gained more hands on knowledge of Live Sound and Digital Recordings which lead to Certificates by Major Audio Institutions in the related fields. He eventually started his own production company called Dreamco Music where he has done everything from Consulting, Pre/Post Production to Live Sound, Engineering, Playing, Programming and Producing Various Artists and Talents. Working with the likes of T.S.O.L, Agent Orange, Eddie Folkes, Sasha Campbell and Warren G. Eventually evolving and concentrating more on Hard Disc Recordings, Rhythm Programming, Commercial Remixes, Vocal Tracking, and Producing Full-length Mixed Cd's. Collecting over 5,000 Records on Vinyl and producing over 50 Mix Cd's, MO Dj appreciates all facets of music and it's many interesting genres. Today MO DJ is surrounded by likeminded,creative and talented people and is running his own DJ/Production Company named after himself "MO DJ".

Mo Dj  has Experienced Everything from Dj'ing Large Parties, Teching for Live Rock Bands, to Producing Various Artists with Various Talents. Mo Dj holds Certificates in Digital Audio Recording from Various Major Institutions, and is Owner/Operator of an Online Music Site (www.MODJ.com) . Today MO DJ fills his busy schedule with everything from Artist Management,Equipment Sales&Service, Live & Mobile Sound, Consulting & Multimedia Design, to Studio Production & Recording. Mo Dj has Dj'd such venues as the Transworld Award Shows, KROQ Weenie Roast, and has worked with the likes of T.S.O.L. , Agent Orange, Ritalin , Eddie Flashin' Folkes, Sasha Campbell & Warren G. Mo Dj  has also helped open  the new "Dj Culture" Record Shop, Owned by DJ Simply Jeff . Mo Dj is currently working on his own Music Store/Studio called Da Hip Hop Shop (www.dahiphopshop.com)

Mo DJ  has held Residencies at Local Clubs such as The Spider CLub, Level 3, Kress, Ivar, Mood, Josephs, Facade, V20, Cohiba's,Queen Mary, The District in Orange , The Landmark CDM , Chronics, Majestics, Ibiza's , Momo's , Hurricanes H.B., Blue Agave, Tapas, Detroit Bar,Margarittaville N.B. and Liquid Lounge. Mo Dj rocks the dance floor with undeniably Great , Body Moving Music , that's mostly a Club Mix of the Hottest Top 40 Hits and your favorite New School and Old School Hip Hop & R&B!
